Outbound Calling Agents
to be deputed at a reputed
Bank
for their
Customer Account Reactivation process
. The role involves reaching out to inactive customers, explaining the reactivation process, and assisting them in reactivating their dormant or inactive accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers with inactive or dormant bank accounts.
Educate customers on the benefits and process of reactivating their accounts.
Verify customer details and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.
Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and conversion records.
Meet daily/weekly targets for customer contact and account reactivations.
Handle customer queries politely and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
Coordinate with internal bank teams for issue resolution or escalation when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Pleasant telephone etiquette and customer-handling ability.
Basic computer knowledge and experience working with Excel/CRM tools.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
Ability to work in a team and under supervision.
