We are looking for a confident and motivated Outbound Call Agent to join our on-site team. The role involves calling potential and existing customers, explaining products and services, generating leads, and assisting the sales team with closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers during the night shift (US/Canada time zone).
Clearly explain company products, offers, and services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow-up records.
Meet daily and monthly targets for calls, conversions, and lead quality.
Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams for smooth follow-ups.
Maintain a polite, professional, and positive communication style throughout.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling or tele-sales (international process preferred).
Excellent spoken English with a clear and confident tone.
Comfortable working in night shifts (US/Canada hours).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic computer knowledge - CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel.
A self-driven attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
