Timefortheweb Edutech is seeking a dynamic and proactive Outdoor Marketing Executive to establish partnerships with school teachers, tuition centers, and private institutes for promoting our creative career courses (Graphic design, Web Development, Web Design, Digital marketing.). The role involves direct visits, relationship building, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit schools, coaching classes, and private institutes across Kolkata. Build strong relationships with teachers, institute heads, and career counselors. Explain Arena Animation's courses and benefits for student referrals. Distribute flyers, brochures, and coordinate presentations or mini-seminars. Identify potential student leads and maintain daily reporting. Achieve weekly/monthly tie-up and lead targets.
Requirements:

Minimum qualification:

10+2 or Graduate.
1 year of field sales/marketing experience (education sector preferred).

Good communication and convincing skills. Confident, energetic.

Sales and Business Development:

Drive sales and lead generation activities for the institute's programs, including online and offline courses, certifications, and workshops.
Engage with potential students, institutions, and corporate partners to convert leads into enrolled candidates.
Identify and target key prospects, establish relationships, and maintain regular contact to generate new business opportunities.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
