Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to new and existing customers.
Explain products or services in a clear and professional manner.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Answer customer questions and handle objections effectively.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM).
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments as required.
Provide excellent customer service and support.
Report feedback and customer trends to the team leader.
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good negotiation and closing skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
Basic computer knowledge
Target-driven mindset and ability to work under pressure.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
