The Outbound Sales & Conversion Executive will focus exclusively on
calling inbound inquiries and leads
generated in the system and converting them into confirmed bookings. This is a
pure sales and conversion role
, aimed at improving lead utilization and revenue realization.
Key Responsibilities
Call and follow up on all inquiries/leads generated daily
Pitch services, address queries, and
convert inquiries into bookings
Maintain accurate call notes, follow-ups, and status updates in the system
Handle objections and ensure timely closure of open leads
Work closely with operations and inbound teams to ensure smooth handovers
Ideal Profile
1-3 years of experience in
outbound sales / tele-sales / lead conversion
Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills
Target-driven mindset with high ownership on conversions
Comfortable with CRM/call systems and structured reporting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
