Accountabilities:

Drive strategic

discussions between Amgen India, oUS BAI and supported o-US affiliates about process improvement, standardization, and optimization

Accountable for managing the BAI, FE and BAI support teams

, including staff selection and integration

Accountable for the smooth execution and operation

of Amgen India BAI & FE activities and processes

Oversees and directs the development of analytics solutions

that successfully address business challenges and drive opportunities for oUS BAI and Amgen as a whole, ensuring alignment with the organization-wide business goals and keeping up-to-date on the market leading practices and latest trends

Accountable for building and implementing advanced analytics strategies

, including the operating model, processes, technical capability and culture required to transform the offerings for BAI & FE

Accountable to define the field excellence agenda

effectively and efficiently in accordance with agreed standards and business requirements

Accountable for efficient customer engagement excellence services

, covering CRM administration and customer and sales rep inquiries

Embeds the Amgen India within the broader business operating model

by aligning key ways of working and processes and driving the adoption of agile delivery approaches for quick insights

Responsibilities:

Facilitates

strategic discussions

about transferring, resource allocation, optimization, standardization and execution of all supported BAI & FE processes

Acts

as a liaison between oUS BAI organization and Amgen India BAI team to ensure efficient continuous support

Responsible to provide oversight of delivery of all Amgen India BAI & FE services

for o-US BAI

Leads several teams of data and BAI experts

that support the delivery and effective transformation of analytics, reporting and field excellence tools, processes ,and services

Responsible for 2-8 direct reports and building high-performing teams

focused on designing and delivering insights to a diverse set of business customers

Serves as the key expert and trusted advisor to senior leaders

across the business regarding the use and benefit of analytics and cloud technologies

Responsible for managing the relationship with wider Amgen CD&A teams

, including developing approaches to support the ambitions of the primary functional scope within BAI & FE using analytics

Collaborates with all functional leads and third-party partners to influence and educate the leadership

on the value of analytics capabilities, approaches across the data project lifecycle, as well as implementing market-leading data platforms *

Maintains effective collaboration with commercial and other cross-functional teams

to ensure alignment, progress updates and knowledge sharing to enable the Amgen India BAI team
