The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of clinical and surgical experience, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and manage disorders affecting the ear, nose, throat, sinuses, voice box (larynx), and other structures of the head and neck.
Perform ENT surgeries, both elective and emergency, in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
Conduct outpatient consultations and evaluate patients' surgical needs.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring patient safety and recovery.
Manage inpatient and day-care ENT cases, and respond to emergency calls as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and clinical activities in compliance with medical standards.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Participate in clinical audits, CME programs, and departmental quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
MBBS with MS in ENT or DLO from a recognized institution.
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India or relevant State Medical Council.
Proficiency in ENT surgical procedures and sound clinical decision-making skills.
Strong communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle pressure and work effectively within a team.
