Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

OTM Senior Consultant

with strong expertise in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including OTM implementation and on-premises to cloud migration. The ideal candidate will have deep technical and functional knowledge, strong solution-design capabilities, and the ability to lead end-to-end OTM projects while guiding teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

10+ years in OTM implementation and migration projects

Immediate to 15 Days preferred

Lead OTM implementation projects including design, configuration, integration, and deployment. Drive OTM on-premise to OTM Cloud migration with complete hands-on ownership. Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into OTM solutions. Perform advanced OTM configurations including workflows, automation agents, planning rules, and agents. Analyze legacy systems and define migration strategies, data mappings, and cutover plans. Provide guidance to team members and ensure best practices are implemented. Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline creation and deployment activities. Assist with performance tuning, issue resolution, and UAT support. Collaborate within Agile frameworks, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
