OTM Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience
to implement, configure, and support Oracle Transportation Management solutions. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to optimize transportation planning, execution, and freight settlement processes.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze transportation and logistics business requirements
Configure and implement OTM modules including order management, shipment planning, rate management, and freight settlement
Design and maintain OTM agents, business rules, and workflows
Support integrations between OTM and ERP, WMS, and external systems
Perform data mapping, testing (unit/UAT), and issue resolution
Provide production support and continuous improvements
Prepare functional documentation and support end-user training
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
Strong understanding of transportation and supply chain processes
Experience with OTM configurations, automation, and integrations
Exposure to XML/REST/SOAP integrations and data migration
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred
Oracle OTM certification
Experience in implementation and support projects
* Prior client-facing or consulting experience
