Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order-to-Cash (OTC) Specialist with a strong command of

SAP (SD/AR/OTC modules)

to manage and optimize our order management, billing, collections, and cash application processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the entire OTC cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer sales orders in

SAP SD

and monitor order-to-delivery flow. Manage billing, invoicing, and ensure timely dispatch of accurate invoices. Handle

cash applications

,

collections

,

credit management

, and

dispute resolution

. Ensure daily reconciliation of incoming payments and open items using SAP AR. Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of all OTC processes and customer interactions. Monitor KPIs related to DSO, overdue collections, and unbilled orders. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order and billing issues. Support internal and external audits by providing accurate OTC data and reports. Identify areas of improvement in the OTC cycle and implement SAP-based solutions.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

2-6 years

of experience in OTC/Accounts Receivable/Order Management roles. Hands-on experience in

SAP SD and AR modules

; experience in

SAP S/4HANA

is a plus. Strong understanding of the complete OTC cycle including credit control, invoicing, and collections. Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Get Paid, Salesforce (optional). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience in shared services or global process models is an advantage.
