Job Summary

We are looking for a

responsible and customer-focused OTC / Delivery Executive

to manage

out-for-delivery operations

, ensure

timely deliveries

, handle

cash/COD shipments

, and maintain

accurate delivery documentation

. The ideal candidate should be familiar with local routes and committed to service excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Operations

Deliver consignments to customers as per route plan and delivery schedule Ensure

timely and safe delivery

of parcels Collect

Proof of Delivery (POD)

- signature / OTP / photo as applicable Handle

Cash on Delivery (COD)

collections and remit cash daily
OTC (Out for Delivery) Activities

Collect delivery bags from branch / hub Verify consignment details before loading Update delivery status in system / mobile app Return undelivered shipments with proper reason codes
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain delivery sheet and daily vehicle log Submit PODs, cash, and delivery reports to supervisor Report delivery issues, customer complaints, or route delays immediately
Customer Handling

Communicate politely with customers regarding delivery timing Coordinate with branch for address clarification or rescheduling Maintain company service standards and professionalism
Eligibility & Requirements

Minimum

10th / 12th Pass

Ability to use smartphone (WhatsApp / delivery app) Basic reading & writing skills Honest, punctual, and physically fit
Experience

0-2 years

in courier / delivery / logistics preferred Freshers with local area knowledge can also apply
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
