Education:

Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Fin or similar

Must Have Skills:

Strong knowledge of Order to Cash (O2C) cycle, Income recording, Cash apps, Refunds & Reconciliation. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/servicenow) for O2C processes. Ability to manage billing accuracy, payment application, and dispute resolution. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Exposure to global O2C processes and multi-currency transactions.
