Key Responsibilities
Teach students covering theory and practical aspects.
Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum standards.
Supervise clinical training, internships, and skill development in operation theatre and anaesthesia practices.
Guide students in research projects, seminars, and academic development.
Ensure adherence to academic quality, professional ethics, and safety protocols.
Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and academic committees.
Engage in continuous professional development and contribute to scholarly publications.
Qualifications & Skills
Master's degree (M.Sc. OTAT/Allied Health Sciences) or higher in relevant discipline.
Teaching or clinical experience in operation theatre/anaesthesia technology.
Strong communication and mentoring skills.
Ability to integrate practical training with academic learning.
Commitment to student welfare and academic excellence.
