Profile Overview:

This role oversees complete OTA onboarding for hotel partners, including property registration, verification, configuration, and activation across platforms like Booking.com, Expedia, Go-MMT, Agoda, and Airbnb. It ensures 20-30 properties go live monthly with full accuracy and compliance. The role supports bank and payout setup, coordinates with internal teams for smooth onboarding, and tracks TAT, accuracy, and partner satisfaction. Candidates need 1-3 years of OTA or onboarding experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools.

Key Responsibilities

OTA Listing & Activation:

Handle property registration, configuration, and activation across OTA platforms such as Expedia, Go-MMT, Agoda, and Airbnb. Ensure a minimum of 20 hotels per month are successfully listed, verified, and live/bookable. Maintain proper documentation and status tracking for all listings.

Verification & Compliance

Complete all required verification steps (property details, email/phone validation, KYC, etc.) in coordination with OTA partners. Ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with OTA listing standards and policies.

Bank & Payment Setup

Assist hotel partners in adding and verifying bank details for payment setup on respective OTA platforms. Follow up to ensure properties are payout-ready post-listing activation.

Coordination & Partner Support

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Billing, and Customer Success) to streamline the OTA onboarding journey. Provide prompt support and guidance to hotel partners during the listing and verification process.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain daily and weekly progress reports of property listing activities. Monitor key performance indicators such as turnaround time (TAT), completion rate, and accuracy.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI/KRA)

Minimum 20-30 properties listed and made live per month + 10 working days turnaround time from registration to go-live

100% verification and compliance accuracy Zero listing rejection due to data or compliance errors 90%+ partner satisfaction score on onboarding experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in OTA operations, hotel onboarding, or customer success. Familiarity with major OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Go-MMT, Airbnb). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling. Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and web-based tools.
