to manage and grow our online travel agency partnerships, optimize sales, and enhance brand visibility across OTA platforms. The role requires strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee relationships with OTA partners (e.g., Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Agoda, Goibibo, etc.).
Monitor inventory, pricing, and promotions to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue generation.
Upload, maintain, and optimize property listings, content, and images on OTA platforms.
Analyze booking trends, market performance, and competitor activities to recommend strategies.
Coordinate with the revenue management and sales teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Resolve partner and customer queries in collaboration with OTAs to maintain service quality.
Identify new OTA platforms and negotiate contracts to expand business reach.
Generate and share regular performance reports with management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in OTA/Online distribution or hotel/travel industry sales.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, distribution systems, and channel managers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
