The OTA Manager will be responsible for managing online travel agency accounts, maximizing online revenue, maintaining rate parity, optimizing visibility on OTA platforms, and ensuring effective distribution strategies. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills to enhance online sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain all OTA (Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, etc.) accounts.
Develop strategies to increase online bookings and revenue through OTAs.
Ensure
rate parity
and availability across all online platforms.
Monitor OTA performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
Optimize content, images, and promotions on OTA channels for better visibility.
Negotiate with OTA account managers to secure better placements, campaigns, and offers.
Coordinate with the Revenue and Sales team for pricing and distribution strategies.
Resolve discrepancies, overbookings, or customer-related OTA issues.
Stay updated with OTA trends, policies, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in
OTA management / e-distribution / revenue management
in hospitality.
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms, channel managers, and booking engines.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reports, and OTA dashboards.
Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of
channel manager / PMS systems

Experience in hotel sales, reservations, or revenue management.
Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
