1. Manage and update OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) to ensure rate, availability, and content accuracy.

2. Monitor and maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.

3. Implement and adjust promotional offers in coordination with the Revenue Manager.

4. Optimize OTA listings for visibility through enhanced content, photos, and SEO techniques.

5. Analyze OTA performance reports and track KPIs like occupancy, ADR, and conversion rates.

6. Collaborate with OTA account managers to drive strategic campaigns and increase bookings.

7. Respond to guest reviews on OTA platforms promptly and professionally.

8. Coordinate with the marketing team to align OTA promotions with broader digital strategies.

9. Stay updated on competitor activity and suggest pricing or promotional adjustments.

10. Ensure seamless integration between the channel manager, PMS, and OTA systems.
