About the Role
JASS Hospital is looking for a skilled and responsible
OT Technician
to support surgical procedures and ensure smooth functioning of the Operating Theatre. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in OT assistance, sterilization, and equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare OT and ensure all instruments, equipment, and supplies are ready before surgeries.
Assist surgeons and anesthetists during procedures.
Maintain strict sterilization and infection-control protocols.
Handle surgical instruments, drapes, and consumables efficiently.
Ensure proper functioning of OT equipment and report issues immediately.
Maintain records of procedures, equipment usage, and sterilization logs.
Support pre-operative and post-operative patient care when required.
Coordinate with nursing staff and the surgical team for smooth workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma / Certification in OT Technology (DOT, COTT, OTT)

0-3 years of experience in OT setup preferred.
Strong understanding of sterile techniques.
Ability to remain calm and focused during procedures.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Shift Details
Day/Night shift or rotational (as per hospital policy)
Weekly off as applicable

Salary: ₹15,000 - ?18,000
based on experience
Overtime / shift allowance (if applicable)
