About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Technician to join our healthcare team. You'll play a vital role in assisting surgeons and ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient surgical procedures in the operation theatre.

Key Responsibilities

------------------------


Prepare the operating room with sterilized instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and nurses during operations.
Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
Check and calibrate OT equipment (anaesthesia, suction, cautery, etc.).
Support patient preparation and post-surgery arrangements.
Maintain stock of surgical supplies and report requirements.

What We're Looking For

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. in OT Technology or equivalent.
Experience: 0-3 years (freshers can also apply).
Knowledge of surgical instruments and OT procedures.
Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and communication skills.
