Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries.
Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures.
Maintain OT cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Check and maintain OT equipment regularly.
Ensure proper handling and disposal of bio-medical waste.
Prepare patients for surgery (basic tasks).
Keep accurate records of supplies and instruments.
Coordinate with staff for OT scheduling and workflow.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Diploma/Certificate in OT Technology or relevant field.
Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization techniques.
Ability to work under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in any hospital/healthcare setup preferred.
