Key Responsibilities
Assist surgeons during
laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgeries
.
Prepare and maintain OT instruments, laparoscopic equipment, and consumables.
Ensure proper sterilization and handling of surgical instruments.
Operate and troubleshoot laparoscopic equipment during procedures.
Maintain OT safety, aseptic techniques, and infection control protocols.
Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists for smooth OT functioning.
Maintain OT records and equipment logs.
Eligibility & Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in OT Technology or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
as an OT Technician in laparoscopy.
Knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and surgical procedures.
Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency cases.
