We are seeking a qualified OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during surgical procedures by preparing the operation theatre, maintaining sterile conditions, and handling surgical instruments and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain OT as per infection control and sterilization protocols
Assist during surgical procedures by handling instruments and consumables
Ensure availability, functioning, and cleanliness of OT equipment
Follow aseptic techniques and patient safety standards
Support pre-operative and post-operative OT activities
Maintain OT records and assist in NABH compliance and audits
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / Degree in OT Technology
Experience in hospital OT preferred
Knowledge of sterilization, aseptic techniques, and OT protocols
Ability to work in shifts and emergency situations

Pay: ₹10,497.22 - ₹31,523.48 per month
