1-3 Years (Freshers with strong clinical training may be considered)

ey Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room before surgeries, including sterilization of instruments and arranging surgical tools. Assist in the transfer and positioning of patients before and after surgery. Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and sterile techniques. Assist surgeons during operations by passing instruments, sponges, and other items. Maintain inventory and ensure availability of OT consumables and instruments. Clean and disinfect surgical instruments and OT post-surgery. Operate and maintain OT equipment like suction machines, cautery machines, monitors, etc. Coordinate with surgical team, anesthetists, and nurses for smooth conduct of surgeries. Maintain proper documentation and surgical logs. Support in emergency situations and be available on call if required.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology or relevant qualification. Knowledge of surgical instruments, OT protocols, and infection control. Good communication and team coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
