Required Skills & Competencies

Hands-on experience with OT equipment, surgical instruments, and medical devices Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, OT protocols, and infection control standards Ability to handle equipment setup, maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting Understanding of patient safety norms and clinical compliance Good communication and coordination skills with surgeons and OT staff Willingness to travel to hospitals or clinical sites as required
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and clinical teams during surgical procedures Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot OT equipment and medical devices Ensure OT readiness by preparing instruments, consumables, and equipment Maintain sterility and adhere strictly to OT safety and hygiene protocols Support clinical demonstrations, training programs, and workshops when required Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and reports related to equipment usage Coordinate with internal teams for technical updates and procedural support Provide on-site technical assistance during procedures and evaluations
Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience as an OT Technician or in a surgical/clinical environment Exposure to hospital OTs, surgical assistance, or medical device support Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under pressure Strong understanding of clinical workflows and OT discipline
