Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OT Technician skilled in

Hair Transplant (FUE/DHI)

techniques, including

punching, slitting, graft handling, and Choi Pen implantation

. The role involves supporting surgeons during procedures, ensuring strict sterility, and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Hair Transplant Procedure Support

Perform

punching

using manual or motorized punches. Perform

slitting

with precision as per surgeon's requirement. Handle

Choi Pen implantation

efficiently and safely. Assist in graft extraction, sorting, counting, and hydration. Prepare the OT for FUE/DHI procedures with all required tools and consumables.

OT Preparation & Maintenance

Ensure all instruments are sterilized and ready before surgery. Maintain OT hygiene, sterility, and aseptic environment at all times. Check and maintain equipment such as punches, implanters, loops, OT lights, and microscopes.

Patient Handling

Prepare and position the patient pre-operatively. Assist with scalp preparation, anesthesia support, and post-op dressing. Communicate clearly and ensure patient comfort during long procedures.

Post-Operative Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect OT after each surgery. Manage sterilization (autoclaving, packing, storing). Recount instruments and consumables used during the procedure.

Documentation & Inventory

Maintain graft count sheets, OT logs, and sterilization records. Monitor inventory of punches, implanters, consumables, and medical supplies. Report equipment issues immediately to the senior team.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1-5 years of experience in

Hair Transplant OT

(FUE / DHI). Hands-on expertise in: Punching Slitting Choi Pen implantation Graft handling & placement Strong understanding of OT protocols and infection control. Good teamwork, coordination, and communication skills.

Qualification:

Diploma in OT Technology / B.Sc (OT/Para Medical) or relevant clinical certification.

Work Schedule:

Full-time (as per QHT Clinic OT timing)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,985.38 - ₹35,030.22 per month
