Position Responsibility summary:
? Face to face meeting and counselling with Patient
? Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to face counselling is not possible
? Capturing and reporting In the specified format within the agreed timeframe
? Also need to keep track of follow up visit.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
