Position: OT Technician

Location: Hope Care India, New Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

Assist psychiatrists and nurses in patient care and medical procedures. Monitor and record patient vitals and other minor medical procedures. Administer medications as directed by doctors. Ensure infection control and maintain cleanliness in patient wards and procedure areas. Provide emotional and physical support to patients during treatment. Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, instruments, and patient charts. Coordinate with the nursing and clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualification & Experience

Diploma / B.Sc. in OT Technology or Nursing. 1-3 years of experience (experience in psychiatric or de-addiction setups preferred). Compassionate, observant, and team-oriented approach. Willingness to assist in both clinical and patient-care roles.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000/month (based on experience). Opportunities for in-house training and professional growth.
