Job Summary

Aravaind IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a skilled and responsible

OT Technician

to assist in maintaining operation theatre standards and supporting doctors and nurses during surgical and IVF-related procedures. The candidate should ensure safety, sterility, and smooth functioning of OT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before, during, and after procedures Assist doctors and nursing staff during surgeries and IVF procedures Ensure proper sterilization of OT instruments and equipment Handle and maintain surgical instruments, machines, and consumables Follow OT protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines Maintain OT records, checklists, and inventory Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste Support emergency procedures as required
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / Certificate in OT Technology Relevant experience in OT (IVF / gynecology experience preferred) Knowledge of sterilization techniques and OT protocols Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and hygiene standards

Freshers or experienced candidates may apply Salary will be based on qualification and experience
