OT Staff Nurse

to join our surgical team and ensure smooth operation theatre functioning.

Key Responsibilities

Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures. Prepare and maintain the operation theatre before and after surgeries. Sterilize and arrange surgical instruments and equipment. Monitor patients' pre-operative and post-operative conditions. Maintain accurate OT records, checklists, and documentation. Ensure adherence to infection control and sterile techniques. Coordinate with surgical and nursing teams for efficient workflow.

Requirements

Education:

B.Sc Nursing (with valid Kerala Nursing Council registration).

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as an OT Staff Nurse or in a similar role.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of OT procedures and sterile techniques. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
