Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures
Prepare OT before surgeries (instruments, equipment, and consumables)
Maintain sterility and follow OT protocols strictly
Perform pre-operative and post-operative patient care
Ensure proper handling and sterilization of OT instruments
Monitor patient vitals during procedures as per instructions
Maintain OT records, checklists, and documentation
Ensure infection control and patient safety standards
Coordinate with OT technicians and nursing staff
