as OT Scrub Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons during operative procedures as a

Scrub Nurse

Maintain

strict aseptic techniques

in the operation theatre Prepare OT, instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before surgery Perform scrubbing, gowning, and gloving procedures Anticipate surgeon's needs and provide instruments promptly Ensure proper handling and counting of instruments, sponges, and needles Maintain OT documentation and patient safety protocols Follow hospital infection control and safety policies Assist in patient positioning and preparation for surgery

Required Skills:

Knowledge of OT protocols and sterile techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment Good communication and teamwork skills Commitment to patient safety and quality care
