We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OT Security Manager to join our dynamic security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our Operational Technology (OT) systems, ensuring the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of critical infrastructure. You will play a pivotal role in identifying potential cyber threats, implementing proactive security measures, and maintaining a robust OT security program that aligns with industry standards and best practices. This position requires a strong understanding of OT-specific security principles and the ability to collaborate with IT and operational teams to mitigate risks effectively.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive OT security strategy and roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and threat analyses specific to OT environments, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents across OT systems, ensuring timely remediation and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT security teams, engineering, and operations to integrate cybersecurity practices into OT systems without compromising operational efficiency.
• Establish and enforce OT security policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry requirements (such as IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001).
• Lead security awareness programs and training initiatives for OT staff to enhance understanding of cybersecurity risks and best practices.
• Manage OT security tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, network segmentation, and endpoint security solutions tailored for industrial environments.
• Provide guidance and support for secure design, deployment, and maintenance of OT systems, including SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and IoT devices.
• Stay current with emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies specific to industrial control systems and critical infrastructure.
• Conduct periodic audits, compliance checks, and risk reporting to senior management to ensure OT systems remain resilient against evolving cyber threats.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or similar are highly desirable.
• 4-8 years of experience in OT Security, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security, or related cybersecurity roles.
• Strong understanding of OT-specific security principles, including network segmentation, secure remote access, and industrial protocol security.
• Hands-on experience with OT security technologies, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Proven experience in risk assessments, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance in OT environments.
• Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
