Job Description
Responsible for assisting in the Operation Theatre by preparing instruments, maintaining aseptic conditions, and supporting senior nurses and surgeons during procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the OT before surgery.
Arrange surgical instruments and equipment.
Maintain sterile and clean conditions in the OT.
Support doctors and senior nurses during operations.
Clean and sterilize instruments after each procedure.
Monitor and restock OT supplies as needed.
Follow all infection control and safety protocols.
