Job Description

Responsible for preparing the operation room prior to the operation and verify the necessary supplies and tools ? Taking handover from shift nurses and preparing duty roasters for the team and arranging nurses in case of emergencies.

? Responsible for maintaining the OT equipment's & sterilization area of the OT. ? Timely identification and communication of any issues to ward manager.

? Ensure the decontamination of instruments and equipment and properly dispose of contaminated materials. ? Ensure proper documentation of OT patients and maintain their records.

? Responsible for preparing gate passes for sending equipment's & coordinate with security.

? Assist the physician in treatments and surgical operations. ? Be informed to surgeon on the arrival of the patient.

? Responsible for instructing the patient in carrying out the physician's treatment ? Advise and counsels the patient and families regarding medical problems, health care and precautions.

? Furnishing correct information to the physician about patient condition based on the observation and recording documenting accurately.

Responsible for overseeing the consumable book entry pre-& post operation.

? Responsible for coordinating with the biomedical department on issues related to equipment's.

? Coordinate with cross functional departments and ensure timely receiving of the reports

? Coordinating of departments activities maintaining stocks and storing of drugs.

? Assures the availability of necessary equipment, supplies, and instrumentation is established and continually managed.

? Maintains good working relationships with other departments and with physicians, patients, families and outside agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
