Job Description
- Supervise, coordinate, and provide direct nursing care to patients
- Ensure that patients receive quality, compassionate, and ethical care
- Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support
- Instruct, motivate, and supervise other nurses
- Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures
- Perform related duties as required
- Should be able to work in wards, ICU and procedure room.
- Should be able to manage emergencies.
- Follow the doctors orders.
- Write nursing notes and proper handover to next shift staff.
