Job Description

Pre-Operative Duties:

Verify patient identity, consent, and surgical procedure. Prepare and check surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment. Ensure the operating room is clean, sterile, and properly set up. Assist in patient positioning and application of monitoring devices.

Intra-Operative Duties:

Act as a scrub nurse, circulating nurse, or anesthetic assistant. Maintain a sterile field and follow aseptic techniques. Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon and surgical assistants. Monitor patient condition and vital signs. Handle specimens according to hospital protocols.

Post-Operative Duties:

Assist in transferring patients to the recovery room. Monitor patient recovery and report changes in condition. Document all relevant patient care activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing. Registered Nurse (KNC) Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an operating theatre or surgical environment. BLS and ACLS certification preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?37,000.00 per month
