Experience Required

Minimum

1-5 years of experience

as an OT Nurse Hands-on experience in a

Multispeciality Hospital

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare OT for surgical procedures ensuring cleanliness, sterility, and readiness Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and OT team during operative procedures Perform duties as

Scrub Nurse and Circulating Nurse

Maintain strict aseptic techniques and infection prevention practices Ensure availability and proper functioning of OT instruments, equipment, and consumables Perform surgical counts (instruments, needles, sponges) as per protocol Ensure correct patient positioning and safety during surgery Handle specimens as per hospital and safety guidelines Maintain accurate OT documentation, checklists, and surgical records Coordinate with CSSD for sterilization and availability of instruments Follow hospital policies, SOPs, and NABH patient safety standards Participate in audits, training programs, mock drills, and quality improvement initiatives

Skills & Competencies

Thorough knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments Experience in handling surgeries from multiple specialties (General Surgery, Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Urology, etc.) Ability to work in high-pressure and emergency situations Strong communication and teamwork skills High level of discipline, integrity, and patient-centric approach

Duty Hours

Shift-based duties including night shifts and emergency calls

Remuneration

Salary: As per qualification, experience, and hospital policy

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
