Job Description

Job Position:

OT Manager



Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/ Healthcare Management or Science with a Diploma in Operation Theater Technology.



Experience:

7-10 years (At least 5 years in OT Management)



Competencies & Skills Required:

Proficiency in OT scheduling, Manpower planning and inventory control.

Knowledge of OT workflow, surgical procedures and its safety standards, aseptic techniques and sterilization processes.
