Skills:Plan and manage daily OT schedules, including elective and emergency surgeries.
Supervise, schedule, and assign duties to OT nurses, technicians, and support staff to maintain smooth workflow.
Conduct staff performance reviews, identify training needs, and facilitate continuous education and mentoring of OT personnel.
Coordinate closely with surgeons, Anaesthetists, nursing Staff
Handle OT-related emergencies, operational challenges, and conflict resolution to ensure uninterrupted surgical services.
Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records related to OT operations, staffing, inventory, and audits.
Qualification:Diploma / Degree in OT
Experience:12+ Years (5+ years in OT Management)
