Job Description

Key responsibilities

Pre-Operative:

Prepare and set up the operating room, sterilize instruments, check and arrange equipment, and position patients.

Intra-Operative (During Surgery):

Pass instruments to surgeons, suction fluids, monitor equipment, maintain sterility, and provide technical support.

Post-Operative:

Assist in recovery, clean and restock the operating room, and ensure all supplies are ready for the next procedure.

Equipment & Sterilization:

Manage, sterilize, and maintain surgical tools, anesthetic gases, and other essential equipment, ensuring infection control.

Team Support:

Work closely with surgeons, nurses, and anesthetists to ensure a smooth, efficient, and safe surgical environment.

MIS & documentation

: Maintain and provide reports and documents for the porpose of MIS.

Skills & Attributes

Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and instruments. Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and act quickly in emergencies. Attention to detail and meticulous adherence to sterile techniques

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
