Qualification - Bsc In Nursing/GNM + MBA in Hospital Management with 3-5 Years of Experience.
Supervise daily operations of the operation theatre, including scheduling and resource allocation.
Monitor and ensure strict adherence to sterilization and infection control practices.
Coordinate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff for seamless workflow.
Maintain inventory of surgical instruments, consumables, and medical equipment.
Supervise OT technicians, scrub nurses, and other support staff; allocate duties and manage shift rotations.
Ensure timely maintenance and functioning of OT equipment and machines.
Monitor staff performance, conduct training, and ensure continuous skill development.
Ensure proper documentation of surgical procedures, incidents, and OT logs.
Participate in audits, inspections, and accreditation (NABH/JCI) compliance activities.
Handle emergency situations, resolve conflicts, and report incidents to higher authorities.
