Job Title:

OT Incharge / Manager / Head (Cardiac Specialized)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage OT operations with specialization in

cardiac and general surgeries

. Coordinate with

patients, doctors, consultants

, and

relatives

for pre- and post-operative care. Explain

surgical packages

, handle

negotiations

, and offer

discounts

as needed. Liaise with

vendors

OT staff

, and

ICU teams

to ensure smooth surgical workflow. Assist in surgeries, especially

cardiac and joint replacement procedures

. Operate and manage

CAM machines

and other OT equipment. Ensure compliance with

infection control protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

cardiac OT

joint replacement

, and use of advanced OT technologies.

Certification in Infection Control

is an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
