Looking for OT In-Charge Nursing @ Uttar Pradesh

Location- Lucknow

Opening for Multi Specialist Hospital

Job Roles

Oversee daily functioning and management of the Operation Theatre.

Plan and coordinate OT schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing teams.

Ensure availability and readiness of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.

Supervise OT nursing staff, including duty rosters and performance.

Ensure strict adherence to aseptic techniques, infection control, and safety protocols.

Maintain compliance with NABH and other hospital quality standards.

Coordinate with CSSD, biomedical, housekeeping, and stores departments.

Ensure proper documentation, audits, and incident reporting in the OT.

Manage emergency and elective surgical procedures efficiently.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of OT protocols, sterilization, and surgical procedures.

Leadership and team-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle critical situations calmly.

Good communication and coordination abilities.

High attention to detail with a strong focus on patient safety and quality care.

9 hours shift

No night shift
