Job Title: OT Incharge

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated OT Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate must have strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to ensure smooth coordination between surgeons, nursing staff, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage OT staff, including duty allocation and performance monitoring.

Ensure timely preparation of OT rooms before procedures.

Maintain sterilization standards, infection control protocols, and equipment readiness.

Coordinate surgery schedules with surgeons and other departments.

Oversee inventory management of OT consumables, instruments, and equipment.

Monitor adherence to hospital policies, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

Handle emergency cases efficiently and ensure timely support.

Conduct training sessions for OT nursing staff.

Prepare reports related to OT activities, usage, and incidents.

Requirements:

B.Sc Nursing or GNM with valid nursing registration.

Minimum 5 years of experience in OT, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Strong knowledge of OT procedures, instruments, and infection control.

Good communication, leadership, and coordination skills.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.

Pay: ₹11,092.75 - ₹47,870.30 per month
