Job Description

Supervise all activities within the Operation Theatre complex. Manage OT schedules in coordination with surgeons and other departments. Ensure strict adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols. Monitor availability and readiness of surgical instruments and equipment. Lead and manage the OT nursing team, ensuring adequate staffing and skill mix. Conduct regular training and drills for OT staff on protocols and emergency procedures. Maintain OT records, inventory, and reports. Ensure compliance with hospital policies and NABH standards. Coordinate with CSSD and other support departments for seamless OT functioning.
