is currently seeking a
highly skilled and experienced OT Head
to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in ensuring high standards of care, safety, and operational efficiency in our operating theatres across multiple branches.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the OT team, including nurses, technicians, and support staff.
Ensure that all OT procedures and protocols are followed meticulously, maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
Monitor and manage surgical schedules to ensure optimal utilization of OT resources.
Oversee the preparation, usage, and maintenance of surgical instruments and equipment.
Enforce compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with surgeons and anesthetists to ensure smooth pre-operative and post-operative care.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to surgeries, staff, and equipment.
Manage OT inventory including surgical supplies, instruments, and sterile equipment, while minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for OT staff.
Candidate Profile:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in OT
Minimum of 10 years of experience in an OT setup, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong understanding of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and equipment handling.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel between Chennai, Tirupur, and other centers as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
