Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

OT Technician

to assist our medical team in performing hair restoration procedures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hair transplant techniques and a strong commitment to patient care, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the doctor during hair transplant procedures (FUE/FUT) Perform graft extraction, dissection, and implantation as per protocol Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and treatment rooms Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sterilization, and safety standards Monitor patient comfort before, during, and after procedures Provide post-procedure care instructions to patients Maintain accurate patient records and procedure documentation Support the medical team with pre-op and post-op preparations
Requirements & Qualifications

Certification or training as a Hair Transplant Technician preferred Proven experience in FUE/FUT hair transplant procedures Knowledge of graft handling, implantation techniques, and scalp anatomy Understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work long hours during procedures when required Attention to detail and steady hand skills
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience working in a cosmetic or dermatology clinic Ability to counsel patients pre- and post-treatment Team-oriented and professional attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
