Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre (OT) department, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient use of resources. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nurses, and other medical staff to schedule procedures and manage patient flow. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and standards for sterility, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate records of patient data, procedure details, and inventory management. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
Desired Candidate Profile

6-11 years of experience in an OT setting as a manager or supervisor. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and protocols. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work effectively under pressure during emergency situations. Proficiency in electronic medical records systems.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
