We are looking for a dedicated and responsible OT Assistant to support our surgical team and ensure smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate should be disciplined, quick to learn, and able to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist doctors and nurses during surgical procedures Prepare and arrange surgical instruments and equipment Maintain cleanliness and sterilization in OT Ensure all instruments are available and functioning before surgery Help in patient shifting and positioning Support pre-operative and post-operative procedures Follow strict infection-control protocols

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of OT procedures Good communication and coordination Attention to detail and discipline Ability to work in fast-paced environments

Salary:

25,000 - 35,000

Joining:

Immediate preferred
