Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilledTelecom Solution Designer with expertise inOrder Management (OM),Fault Management (FM),Configuration Management (CM),Quoting,Product Catalog Management, Order Orchestration andInventory Management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing telecom solutions to support seamless service delivery, configuration, and management for enterprise-level customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Solution Design and Development:

• Design end-to-end telecom solutions leveraging industry frameworks and tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of systems like quoting and product catalog for product and service readiness.
• Develop solutions that support orchestration, provisioning and service activation.

2. Technical Expertise:

• Use expertise in OM, FM, and CM to address order management, fault handling, and configuration challenges.
• Work with component teams to design bulk data flows, ensuring efficient processing of large-scale telecom operations.

3. Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed solution designs, adhering to best practices and standards.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including network engineering, project management, and customer support.
• Communicate technical designs and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including process flows, technical designs, and user manuals.
• Provide regular status updates, risks, and mitigation plans during project execution.

6. Performance Optimization and Support:

• Identify and resolve issues in the telecom solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as aTelecom Solution Designer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with:
• Order Management, Fault Management, and Configuration Management
